Doha Doors

Doha has some amazing, opulent doors. This is not one of them! This decrepit beauty is in our neighbourhood. I will add some more door images soon.

Zekreet

Well, we finally made it to the desert. This is where we turned off the main road.



Who said the desert was deserted? Even in the dry season, there is a lot to see.



These desert 'hoodoos' are fantastic. The tops are colonised by scrubby plants and their fringed edges look like lobster mushrooms...



or ships sailing to nowhere.
